We can provide technical training or application training for users at client sites.
When we provide technical training, we prefer to tailor our training courses around a particular problem that the client company is having. For example, if a client wants LotusScript training, we aim to tackle specific problems that the trainee may be facing. This adds value for the client.
If we are providing application training, say in Lotus Notes, we gauge the users' knowledge of Lotus Notes and include additional Lotus Notes tips and tricks where appropriate.
