Our subsidiary company in India used to advertise for staff on a regular basis. When you do that in India, you get inundated with applications - some good, many bad. What you don't want is CVs (resumes) arriving by post or by e-mail. You want them in a database.
So we wrote our own Lotus Domino based system.
The system allows job requirements to be posted and will store all applications in a database. It has a questionnaire facility so that you can ask specific questions of applicants for particular positions.
The recruitment pages would be designed with the same look and feel as your corporate web site and all administration of the system is via the browser.
