The software development process might include:
- meeting with you to ascertain your needs;
- consulting with your staff and develop your requirements into a functional requirements specification;
- designing and developing the application;
- testing and installing the application;
- training your staff;
- and, finally, maintaining your application.
We would usually tender a fixed price for the project once the project scope reached a suitable stage. We assign a Project Manager for each project and our Project Manager would expect to liaise with a Client Project Manager.
